Mrs. Doris Heckathorn (Ms. Dee)

Doris Heckathorn has studied classical piano for 19 years under the tutelage of teachers such as Judith Ferencz, David Kreider, and Reynaldo Reyes. She has been a piano teacher and arts advocate in Carroll and Baltimore counties for the past 6 years and has worked overseas as a teacher of performing arts and ESL at schools in countries such as India and Brazil. Now back in the U.S. she enjoys bringing classical AND world music into the classroom at T.E.C.C. and works as the Music Team Leader for Trinity Episcopal's family services.
