Mrs. Kathleen Tilmes (Ms. Kathy) 

Kathy has worked at TECC for eleven years and has been our most consistent three-year-old teacher for the past 8 years. She is originally from the Baltimore area and attended high school at the Institute of Notre Dame. Kathy received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Essex Community College. Kathy has two children that both attended TECC that are now in the 3rd and 6th grade.
