 Mrs. Liz Harlan (Mrs. Harlan) – Director

BIO: Liz Harlan became the Director at TECC in February of 2007. Prior to working at TECC, she was the Assistant Head of the Lower School at Gerstell Academy in Finksburg MD. Liz spent her first 6 years in education working at Garrison Forest School as the Pre-School and Lower School Science Teacher. Liz Harlan grew up locally in  Maryland, attending St. Paul’s School for Girl’s and later attending Goucher College where she received her Degree in Elementary Education. In the spring of 2006, Liz completed her Master’s Degree in School Administration and Supervision from Johns Hopkins University. Both her children are graduates of TECC.
