SUMMER ENROLLMENT

Families are given the option in March to enroll for the entire summer, the first week in June (the last actaul week of school), or for the entire month of June. If you enroll for the entire summer, then you must pay for the entire summer no matter when your child’s actual last day is.

In the summer we host four two week long summer camps beginning the first week in July (sometimes starting the last day or two of June). The themes will be Art, Music and/or Movement, Science, and Bible Camp. If your child is enrolled for the summer, they will automatically be enrolled in the camp. If you are not planning to enroll for the entire summer, you will have the option to enroll for a specific summer camps on. Enrollment for summer camp will only be offered on a five day a week schedule with the option of all day or half day. For more details on the TECC Summer Camp programs click here.

Enrollment for Summer Camp will take place in March.

Existing families will have the first chance to enroll and then it will be opened up to the public. Tuition for camp will be paid per camp session and will be different than regular tuition costs to cover the price of additional resources and possible field trips. (The tuition rates will remain the same for those that have continued their regular enrollment throughout the entire summer with the exception of field trip expenses.) Tuition for summer camp is non-refundable and due upon date of enrollment.

            More specific information about camp programs and camp availability will be provided in March; after families have had the opportunity to state their permanent summer enrollment plans.
